One on One Advising

An OTCC advisor can work one on one with students and their parents to in every aspect of the college admissions process and beyond.  One on one in person advising sessions are charged at the rate of $50.00 an hour.

 

Monthly Retainer Package

Have an advisor at the touch of your finger tips!  With the monthly retainer package, you can call or e-mail an advisor at any time with your questions about the process, schools, financial aid or anything related to your admissions application or college experience.  An advisor will be working for you all month long to conduct important research, provide answers to your questions, and review your student�s work.  Don�t be restricted to school office hours while trying to prepare for one of the most important choices students will make about their future.

 

This package also includes a free one hour in person consultation and goal setting session and a monthly one hour in person follow up appointment to ensure students stay on track!

 

Pricing:

High School Sophomores-$100 per month

High School Juniors-$150 per month

High School Seniors-$200 per month

Current College Students and Adult learners -$150 per month

(An adult learner is a student seeking to begin their education for the first time or continue after time away.)

 

*To recieve monthly pricing, students must enroll for a minimum of three months.

Athletic Recruiting

Students can choose to add athletic recruiting services to their college advising package or one on one sessions.  Additional one on one advising sessions will be needed to add athletic recruitment to part of your admission process, or students can add an additional $100 a month to their monthly retainer package.

 

Athletic Highlights Recruiting DVDs

As recruiting budgets get smaller for athletic departments at colleges across the country, coaches must rely more and more on video footage of perspective student athletes. 

 

On Track College Coaching provides video filming and editing.  OTCC will film your student in action and develop a recruiting DVD highlighting the athlete and tailoring each DVD to the needs and interests of college coaches in their specific sport.  We also provide editing services that can incorporate both your previously recorded personal camera footage with any newly shot footage.

 

Recruiting DVD fees vary by sport due to the different content coaches like to see for their sport.  Contact OTCC for more information about your specific sport by e-mailing collegecoach@track2college.com
